加味五虎追风散联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病疗效研究

Study of Therapeutic Effect on Parkinson's disease Treated by Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder with Additional Integrants Combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Tablets

目的:观察加味五虎追风散联合多马丝肼片治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:160例随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,两组均给予口服多巴丝肼片治疗,治疗组加用加味五虎追风散治疗,两组疗程均为10周,观察治疗前、治疗第2、6、10周中医症证评分、UPDRS、Mo CA、HAMD、LSIB、PDQ-39评分变化。结果:治疗后两组中医症候评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组UPDRS积分较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组MoCA及HAMD积分较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LSIB评分均较治疗前增高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组升高明显(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组PDQ-39评分较治疗前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对照组仅在治疗后2周较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组PDQ-39较对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:加味五虎追风散联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病可改善运动及非运动症状,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Method：160 cases of Parkinson＇s patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with levodopa and Benserazide Tablets and the treatment group were treated with modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder in addition. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The TCM symptom score,UPDRS,MoCA、HAMD、LSIB、PDQ-39 were observed before treatment and at the time point of the 4 th week, the 8 th weekand the 12 th week after the treatment. Result：The TCM symptoms in treatment group was obviously improved compared with that in control group after treatment（P〈0.01）. The UPDRS score of the two groups was improved after treatment and that of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）.The Mo CA and HAMD scores in the treatment group were improved after treatment（P〈0.01）. The LSIB score of both groups was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）and that of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）.The PDQ-39 score in the treatment group were improved after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, but that of the control group was only improved after 2 weeks treatment（P〈0.01）. The PDQ-39 score in the treatment group were improved more significantly than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder could improve the movement and non motor symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease,so as to improve patients＇ life satisfaction and quality of life.
