摘要
目的:研究痔疮外洗颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以挥发油收得量为指标考察提取处方中挥发性成分条件;以总浸膏量为指标,采用正交设计优选水提工艺;以流动性、成形性、吸湿性、溶解性为指标,筛选制颗粒辅料及配比。结果:水蒸气蒸馏提取花椒挥发油4h,水提最优条件为加8倍量水煎煮3次、每次1.5h,使用糊精为辅料制颗粒。结论:该提取制备工艺切实可行,适用于痔疮外洗颗粒的批量生产。
Objective : To study the preparation technology of External Washing Granule for Hemorrhoid. Method : The obtained amount of volatile oil was taken as the index to investigate the extraction conditions of volatile components in the prescription and the orthogonal design was used to optimize the water extraction process with the total extract as the index. With fluidity, formability, hygroscopicity and solubility as indexes, we screened kinds and ratio of excipient. Result: The volatile oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim was extracted by steam distillation for 4 hours. The best process for water extraction was 3 times extraction with 8 times of water for 1.5 hours each time. Dextrin was used as excipient to make granules. Conclusion : The extraction and preparation process is feasible for batch production of External Washing Granule for Hemorrhoid.
