Restoring Marx's Image of Justice——Rebutting the Tucker-Wood Thesis

马克思以冷嘲热讽的语言利剑剥开资本剥削的秘密,以异常激烈的批判精神痛斥资本主义的罪恶,以理性的激情掩埋资本逻辑的恶果,以正义的呐喊凝聚无产阶级革命的力量,在历史唯物主义的深处勾勒了共产主义的正义王国,他给世人留下的是正义的伟岸形象。"塔克-伍德命题"把正义牢牢地系在生产方式的根基上,强调资本主义的法权关系和剥削关系是与资本主义的生产方式相适应的,因而是正义的。这给充满正义能量的马克思蒙上了厚厚的面纱,把作为正义倡导者的马克思的通常形象掩盖在了主张"剥削正义"的虚幻的假象里。实际上,马克思对资本主义的正义评判是在科学尺度和价值尺度相统一的语境中进行的。只有从事实与价值、解构与建构的双重逻辑和语境中审视马克思的正义批判,才能从根本上破解"塔克-伍德命题"的理论困局,还原马克思的正义形象。

Marx has left the world with the image of justice： he used the language of cynical swords to exploit the secrets of capital exploitation, denounced capitalist crimes in an extremely fierce critical spirit, buried the evil consequences of capital logic with rational passion, and fused the power of the proletarian revolution with the cries of justice, outlines the justice kingdom of communism with historical materialism. The Tucker-Wood Thesis firmly anchors justice on the basis of the mode of production, emphasizing that capitalist relations of rights and exploitation are compatible with the capitalist mode of production. It has covered Marx, who is full of energy of justice, with a thick veil and has masked Marx＇s usual image as an advocate of justice in the illusion of the justice of exploitation. In fact, Marx＇s critical judgment of capitalist justice was carried on in the context of the unity of science and values. Only by examining Marx＇s criticism of justice from the dual logic and context of fact and value, deconstruction and construction, can we fundamentally solve the theoretical predicament of the Tucker-Wood Thesis and restore Marx＇s image of justice.
