Community of Human Destiny: Literature Review of Researches at Home and Abroad and Further Discussion

人类命运共同体作为当代国际社会理想的文明共同体范式,在思想内涵、制度构想等各个方面都具有重大的革新意义。除了根深蒂固的现实主义权力政治观念以及近代以来欧美主导世界的"西方中心主义"思维所制造的重大障碍,中国与外部世界在政治、经济、法律、生态保护等各个领域的制度差异也对人类命运共同体的建设实践提出了很高的要求。有必要从当前国内外学术界的研究中寻求一些启示,以进一步探讨全球化背景下人类命运共同体概念的内涵,以及与之对应的文明观念。

As the ideal civilized community paradigm of the contemporary international society, Community of human destiny has revolutionary innovation significance in various aspects such as ideological implication, system conception, and etc. In addition to the major barriers caused by the deeply rooted political thinking of realistic power and the ideology of Occidentalism dominated by the Western World, there is also a lot systematic difference that has placed high demands on the construction of community of human destiny, which is demonstrated mainly in the fields of politics, law, ecological protection and economy between China and the outside world. The paper points out it is necessary to seek some enlightenment from the current research in academic circles at home and abroad and further discuss the connotation of the community of human destiny in the context of globalization and the corresponding concept of civilization.
