目前,高职创新创业师资队伍建设上存在着应然与实然的差距,课程体系建构上理论与实践相脱节,实践教育平台打造上呈现出一体化与分散化的矛盾,环境建设上尚未形成良性多元共赢格局。为了提升高职创新创业教育生态体系建设的实效性,应明确高职创新创业教育生态体系的价值,不断优化外部环境,强化内部支撑,构建高职创新创业教育生态体系的合作联动机制。

The ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is open, non-linear and practical. At present, there are gaps in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges. There is a contradiction between integration and decentralization on the construction of practical education platform, and the benign and diverse win-win situation of environmental construction has not yet been formed.
