摘要
传统的单相双凸极结构的永磁发电机产生的磁路走向仅仅只有径向部分,然而只有单向的磁路走向的电机对磁场的利用率还有待于进一步提高。为了解决上述问题,设计了一种新型结构的单相双凸极永磁发电机。所设计的新型结构的电机的磁路走向既包含有径向部分又包含有轴向部分。在永磁材料和体积相同的情况下,新型结构发电机的功率密度要明显大于传统发电机。通过有限元仿真软件对所设计的电机的静态特性参数进行了仿真验证从而初步证实了所设计电机理论上的合理性。
The traditional single phase permanent magnet generator with doubly salient structure can only produce the radial magnetic path. However, the utilization of the magnetic field needs to be further improved. In order to solve this problem, we designed a new type of doubly salient permanent magnet generator. The magnetic path of the motor of the new structure consists of both radial and axial parts. The power density of the new structure generator is obviously larger than that of the traditional generator under the condition of the same permanent magnetic material and volume. The static characteristic parameters of the designed motor were derived with the finite element simulation software, which shows that the generator in this paper is practical.
