摘要 介绍了一种流速仪检定装置的结构组成和工作流程,并对其伺服系统的动力学特性进行了分析,建立了伺服系统的数学模型,给出了核心部件的选型依据。为满足检定装置的数据处理要求,运用Simulink仿真工具对伺服系统的加速特性进行了分析,建立了加速过程动态特性的仿真模型,得到了伺服系统在不同检定速度下的运动参数。仿真结果表明,在各检定速度下,被检仪器在匀速段内的数据更新次数均不少于4次,满足检定装置对采样数据量的要求,由此验证了系统结构设计和核心部件选型的合理性。 The structure and working process of a flow meter calibrating apparatus were introduced in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the servo system were analyzed, and the mathematical model was established. Moreover, the selection basis of core components was given. In order to meet the requirement of the calibrating apparatus for data processing, the acceleration characteristics of the servo system were analyzed using Simulink simulation tool. A simulation model was established to describe the dynamic characteristics of the acceleration process. Then, the motion parameters of the servo system were obtained under different calibration speed. The simulation results show that, at each calibration speed, the data update times of flow meter in uniform motion are not less than four, which can meet the requirement of the calibrating apparatus for the amount of sample data. The rationality of system structure design and core component selection were also verified.
