摘要
为明确添加菌剂对堆肥过程及产品质量的影响,本研究以羊粪和菌渣为堆肥原料,以添加菌剂为处理组,不添加菌剂为对照组,进行为期40 d的条垛式堆肥试验,对堆肥进程和质量的相关指标进行测定。结果表明:对照组和处理组的堆温维持在50℃以上的天数分别为36 d和37 d,均达到了高温堆肥的卫生标准;堆肥产品的总养分含量分别为5.66%和5.73%,符合国家有机肥料标准要求,但含水率分别为33.29%和34.78%,略高于此标准,经后续商品化生产工序便可达标。本试验中添加菌剂显著提高了堆肥产品的电导率(EC),但对堆肥进程和堆肥质量其余各项指标均无显著影响,因此实际生产中应进行菌剂的空白对比试验,以免盲目使用增加成本。
In order to clear the influence of microorganism agent on composting process and product quality,we selected sheep manure and mushroom residue as the raw materials with adding microorganism agent as the experimental group( MA) and without adding microorganism agent as the control group( CK),and conducted for 40 days in the form of windrow composting. The related indexs of composting process and quality were analyzed. The results showed that the days of the pile temperature of CK and MA remained above50℃ were 36 d and 37 d,respectively,so both reached the high temperature compost hygiene standards. The total nutrient contents of composting product of CK and MA were 5. 66% and 5. 73%,respectively,which conformed to the requirements of the organic fertilizer product standards of China. However,the moisture con-tent of CK and MA were 33. 29 % and 34. 78 %,respectively,which were slightly higher than the requirements of the standards,and would reach the standard after the following commercialized production process. In this experiment,adding microorganism agent significantly increased the EC value of compost product,but had no obvious effect on the other indexes of process and quality of composting,therefore,the blank contrast test should be carried out in actual production,so as not to increase unnecessary cost.
