摘要
本试验以金桔为材料,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)对金桔采后青霉病的控制效果以及对金桔生理生化指标的影响,从而探究1-MCP对采后金桔青霉病的影响机理。研究表明:用1 mg/L的1-MCP处理金桔较对照可以显著抑制青霉病菌的生长,减小病斑直径。同时1-MCP处理能抑制金桔的呼吸强度,从而延缓果实衰老。1-MCP可以通过降低多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、降低总酚含量提高金桔对青霉病的抗性。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of 1-MCP on controlling penicilliosis and physiological and biochemical indexes of postharvest kumquat,and also exploring the mechanism of 1-MCP on penicilliosis. The results showed that 1 mg/L 1-MCP could significantly inhibit the growth of Penicillium and decrease the diameter of disease spots compared with control. At the same time,1-MCP treatment could inhibite the respiration intensity of kumquat. The induced resistance of 1-MCP on penicilliosis was enhanced by inhibiting the activity of PPO and POD,inducing the activity of SOD,and reducing the total phenol content in kumquat.
