防治蓝莓棒状拟盘多毛孢菌化学药剂的室内筛选 被引量:11

摘要 为明确山东省蓝莓叶斑病和根腐病病原菌种类并筛选有效防治药剂,采用组织分离法获得菌株,通过形态学和分子生物学技术,结合柯赫氏法则对菌株进行鉴定,同时测试了8种药剂对病原菌生长及6种药剂对分生孢子萌发的影响。结果显示,引起山东省蓝莓叶斑病和根腐病的病原菌均为棒状拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis clavispora);苯醚甲环唑和福美双对P.clavispora菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC50均为1.97 mg/L,其次为苯甲·丙环唑,EC50为2.70 mg/L;福美双对分生孢子萌发的抑制效果最显著,EC50为0.004 mg/L,其次为苯醚甲环唑和戊唑醇;甲基硫菌灵对该菌几乎没有抑制作用。 In order to clarify the pathogens and screen out the effective fungicides for blueberry leaf spot and root rot diseases in Shandong Province,the strains were obtained using tissue isolation method and identified based on morphological,molecular biology techniques and Koch's Rule. The inhibitory effects of 8 kinds of fungicides on mycelia growth and 6 kinds of fungicides on spore germination were determined. The results showed that the pathogen of blueberry leaf spot and root rot diseases in Shandong Province was Pestalotiopsis clavispora. Difenoconazole and thiram had the best inhibition on mycelia growth,and both the EC50 were 1. 97 mg/L,followed by difenoconazole·propiconazole with the EC50 as 2. 70 mg/L. The thiram had the best inhibition on conidia germination and the EC50 was 0. 004 mg/L,followed by difenoconazole and tebuconazole.However,thiophanate-methyl had almost no inhibition effects on the pathogen.
