摘要
发动机前盖是发动机前端密封的主要部件,又是旋转往复系和链系统内部噪声向外辐射的主要路径,决定着发动机整体NVH的表现品质。对某发动机前盖初步设计进行模态分析,并在模态分析的基础上,提出了前盖优化设计方案,由CAE确认更改方向后,再以NVH试验检验实际优化效果。试验结果表明:在前盖这类盘类零件上增加螺栓数量,可以有效提高前盖的刚度,减少噪声辐射;此外,增加关键区域的加强筋、增加前盖壁厚等结构优化措施,也可改善前盖的NVH品质。
The front end cover is one of the main sealing components of an engine.It is also the main path of forwarding engine inner noise to outside,which determines the NVH performance of an engine.A modal analysis of an initial-designed engine frond end cover was carried out,and based on the results of the modal analysis the optimization of the cover design was propsed,checked with CAE analysis,and verified with NVH testing.The results show that adding bolts on the front cover can enhance the stiffness of the front end cover and reduce noise radiation.Besides,the measures such as adding ribs in critical areas and increasing wall thickness can also enhance engine NHV performance.
