摘要
归纳质量管理的不同阶段,总结全面质量管理的特征。指出日本全面质量管理的特色:全部门参与质量管理,全员参与质量管理,质量管理与公司的其他相关功能相融合。列举全面质量管理的目标在于自动化和准时化,并指出使用的几种方法。最后,明确全面质量管理与采用机器人的关系。
The different stages of quality management and the characteristics of the total quality management are summarized.The comprehensive characteristics of Japanese total quality management are stated,i.e.all departments participating in quality control,all employces participating in quality comtrol,and the integration between quality control and other related functions.The goal of the total quality management is to achicve automation and to be just in time.Some application methods are put forward.In the end,the relation between total quality management and the use of robots is clarified.
