摘要
设计了一种可调阻尼减振器阀(ADS阀)来控制阻尼,对于ADS阀的结构组成以及运行机制进行了研究,基于流体力学相关理论对于ADS阀的运行参数进行了计算,并模拟了ADS阀的多个挡位下的运行状况;最后基于实际实验获取数据,并同模拟运行结果对比,结果表明:所设计的ADS阀可实现稳定可靠调节阻尼,满足实际应用需要;模拟运行数据同实际实验情况基本一致,所建立的模型具有较强的准确性。
An adjustable damping damper control valve(ADS valve) is designed. The working principle,elements construction and valve behaviors of the ADS valve are studied. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the mathematic model of ADS valve damping characteristic is established. The damping characteristics of four kinds of gears of ADS valve are simulated and analyzed. Finally,the simulation results are verified by experimental test platform. The results show that the design of the ADS valve can achieve the damping of the four-level adjustment to satisfy the demands. The date from the experiment correspond to the date of the simulation, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.
