摘要
目前煤矿常用的井下解吸瓦斯直接测定方法多采用排水法进行瓦斯体积的计量,测定时需要人工进行量筒刻度的读数,读数误差相对较大;整个测定过程需要人工参与环节多,操作相对复杂,且部分装备为玻璃制品,容易损坏。针对上述问题,研制了一种井下自动化煤解吸瓦斯直接测定仪,使其能够减少人工参与环节,同时自动采集测定过程中的瓦斯解吸量、压力、温度、时间等数据,进而提高了井下瓦斯解吸数据的采集精度、测定效率和最终可解吸瓦斯含量测定结果的准确性。
At present, the direct measurement method of coal mine desorption gas is usually used to measure the volume of gas by the drainage method,and the readings of the scale of the measuring cylinder need to be read artificially when measuring. The error of the reading number is relatively large;the whole measurement process needs more manual participation,the operation is relatively complex,and some of the equipment are glass products,easy to bad. In order to solve the above problems,a underground coal mine automatic measuring instrument for coal seam desorption gas quantity is developed, which can reduce the link of artificial participation and automatically collect data of gas solution absorption,pressure,temperature and time in the process of measurement,and then improve the acquisition precision,efficiency and final accuracy result of the underground gas desorption number.
