采煤机液压拉杠预紧组合结构优化设计分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对采煤机液压拉杠在采煤机工作过程中,出现波动现象,机身与行走部的接触面间存在弯曲性开缝,产生相互碰撞导致部件的局部损坏的现象,利用Pro/E建模软件建立采煤机液压拉杠预紧组合结构模型,ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对模型进行有限元仿真分析,得到预紧组合结构整体所受的形变最大为1.373 1 mm,小于工程允许的变形量。煤壁侧和采空侧上侧拉杠处结合面变形较大。为简化采煤机机身结构,降低制造成本提供依据。 For the coal mining machine hydraulic puller in the shearer working process,the phenomenon of volatility, the fuselage and the contact part of the contact surface between the curved slit,resulting in mutual collision caused the part of the local damage phenomenon,using Pro/E built the modular software establishes a prestressed combination structure model for the hydraulic puller of the shearer and simulates the model using ANSYS Workbench simulation software. The result shows that the total deformation of the pre-tightened composite structure is 1.373 1 mm less than the allowable deformation of the project. The deformation of the joint surface at the upper side of the coal wall and the empty side of the mining side is large. It can provide a basis for the shearer to simplify the fuselage structure and reduce the manufacturing cost of the shearer.
