摘要
数控铣床主轴系统运动不仅在受到非简谐力的激励下产生振动,而且还在受到轴承摩擦热的作用下产生变形。主要是以数控铣床主轴为基础进行建模、运动仿真及其有限元分析。借助软件绘制主轴箱的装配图,并导入Pro/E软件创建主轴箱中重要部分的三维实体建模,并对其进行运动仿真。最后,了解有限元分析方法,并利用ANSYS软件对主轴进行模态、热力学分析。通过ANSYS的模态与热力学有限元分析,为主轴系统的设计打下了良好的实验基础。
The CNC machine tool change spindle system is complex, not only in being inspired by the non-harmonic vibration force,but also by the deformation under the action of the bearing friction heat.Mainly spindle CNC machine tool spindle system design basis and carried out,modeling,motion simulation and finite element analysis. First drawn with software headstock assembly drawing and introduced Pro/E software to create three-dimensional solid modeling headstock important part of the movement and its simulation. Finally,understand the finite element method,and the use of ANSYS software spindle modal, thermo dynamic analysis. The modal and thermodynamic finite element analysis of ANSYS,a good experimental foundation for the design of spindle system call.
