摘要
矿用工字钢棚爪是矿用工字钢经双角度切割后,再与矿用工字钢焊接在一起,用于棚式支护的重要加强肋,其加工精度对支护强度起重要作用。矿用工字钢棚爪加工方式由带锯床切割方式代替氧气乙炔气割方式,关键在于工装设计。该工装既要完成2个角度的精确切割,又要使整个作业过程流畅便捷。详细阐述了矿用工字钢棚爪带锯床切割工装的设计与制造。
The oxygen-acetylene gas cutting for processing Ⅰ-steel shed claw in mining usage is to be replaced by the band saw machine cutting, where the key lies in tooling design. The tooling not only achieves accurate cutting of two angles, but also makes the whole process smooth and convenient. The design and manufacture of the band saw machine cutting tooling for the Ⅰ-steel shed claw in mining usage were elaborated.
