摘要
针对大断面、地质条件复杂的硬岩巷道工程,采用普通掘进方式作业,效率低下。经过方案比较,科学分析,制定出科学、合理、经济的一套高效快速施工技术方案,优化施工工序和劳动组织,制定有效的激励机制,合理设备配置,超前谋划,平行作业,保证工时工效,同时,在施工中充分发挥机械化配套机组的优势,实现中深孔爆破技术,达到高效进尺,质量标准化创优的成绩。通过对综合机械化科学、优化、配套设施的应用,达到快速施工,实现机械化换人,自动化减人,提高安全、减人增效、快速施工的目的。
For the hard rock tunnel with complex geological conditions and large section, the ordinary tunneling method is used for low efficiency. Through the comparison and scientific analysis, a scientific,reasonable and economical set of efficient and fast construction technical scheme is formulated,the construction process and labor organization are optimized,the effective incentive mechanism is formulated, the equipment configuration is designed reasonably,the plan is planned ahead of time, the work efficiency is ensured in parallel,and the mechanization is fully played in the construction. The advantages of the matching units are to realize the deep hole blasting technology and achieve the achievement of efficient footage and quality standardization. Through the application of comprehensive mechanization science,optimization and supporting facilities,rapid construction can be achieved, and the purpose of realizing mechanized replacement, automatic reduction,improving safety,reducing efficiency and rapid construction.
