摘要 针对矿用隔爆电动球阀结构形式进行了优化,主要基于减速机构和手动机构两方面进行研究。其宗旨在于优化产品内部布局,降低产品重量以方便产品的现场安装和操作。提出了一种新颖的减速机构布局与手动机构方案,并给出了详细设计数据与部分齿轮的强度校核,为其他同类产品设计提供了参考依据。 The structure of mine explosion-proof electric ball valve is optimized. The research is mainly based on the deceleration mechanism and the manual mechanism. Its purpose is to optimize the internal layout of the product, reduce the weight of the product to facilitate the on-site installation and operation of the product. A novel scheme of layout of deceleration mechanism and manual mechanism is proposed, and the detailed design data and strength verification of some gears are given, which provides a reference for the design of other similar products.
