摘要
煤矿回采工作面停采线位置涉及到盘区预留煤柱大小的问题,是每一个生产矿井都必须面临选择的问题。特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面选择预留小煤柱开采有其显著优势,回采煤量多,回收率高,经济效益好。为了实现特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面小煤柱开采,必须有相适应的配套设备及其生产工艺。以塔山煤矿8110工作面停采线150 m减少到80 m开采实践为例,介绍特厚煤层综放工作面小煤柱停采设备改造及生产工艺的技术内容、设计参数、观测数据和实施效果。总结设计思路、实施经验和研究成果。

Based on the Tashan coal mine 8110 face stopped mining line 150 m to 80 m mining practice as an example, introduce, small coal pillar stopping mining thick coal seam fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining working face equipment modification and production process of technical content, design parameters, observation data and implementation effect.
