摘要
以马脊梁煤矿8111综放工作面带式输送机所使用的CST可控启动传输装置为例,介绍CST的系统组成、工作原理、系统优点;分析CST日常维护的重要性;阐述人机交互软件的功能,并给出CST系统各参数的正常取值范围;分析8111工作面在使用过程中出现常见故障的原因及处理方法。
Taking 8111 fully mechanized caving face of Majiliang mine as example and studied The application of control label start transmission device fo in belt conveyor,the advantages of CST system、system composition and working principle are introduced;Analyze the importance of CST daily maintenance;The function of human-computer interaction software is described,put forward normal range of values with each parameter;Analyze the causes and treatment of common failures at 8111 working.
