摘要
设计以S7-200为控制核心,实现了机械手抓取机械零部件的整个流程,并给出了系统的工作流程图和总体框图,在此基础上进行了机械手的参数分析计算和液压系统分析,结合实际,设计了上位机监控界面,通过现场测试,该界面友好。
The design uses S7-200 as the control core. Realize the whole process of mechanical parts grab by the manipulator, and gives the working flow chart and the general frame diagram of the system.On this basis, the parameter analysis calculation and hydraulic system analysis of the manipulator are carried out. In combination with the actual situation, the upper computer monitoring interface is designed, and the interface is friendly through field testing.
