不完全契约视角下城市公共服务政府补贴方式研究——基于SEM模型以武汉公交为例

Study on government subsidy mode of urban public service from the perspective of incomplete contract——Based on the SEM model with wuhan bus company as an example

以武汉公交为例,通过问卷调查方式,运用SEM模型分析方法,对不完全契约视角下城市公共服务最佳治理结构进行了实证研究。结果表明在公共服务领域政府应当给予企业更多的控制权力,以增加对企业的直接补贴并突出投资专用性,提高企业对剩余所有权的控制比例,促进服务质量的提高。对于城市公共服务政府补贴方式的选择,改善服务质量提供借鉴内容。

in this paper,taking bus inwuhan as an example,through the questionnaire,using the SEM model analysis method of urban public service under the perspective of incomplete contract best governance structure has carried on the empirical research.Results show that in the field of public service government should give companies more power of control,in order to increase direct subsidies to the enterprise investment specificity and highlights,improve enterprise control of the residual ownership proportion,improve the quality of service.The selection of the mode of government subsidy for urban public service provides reference for improving service quality.
