摘要
幼儿在园交往产生的同伴冲突以及教师对幼儿交往冲突的管理,是构成幼儿一日生活的内容之一。幼儿教师如何有效解决幼儿同伴间的冲突问题,实现幼儿的社会化发展,是教师冲突管理的根本问题。通过比较美日幼儿教师冲突管理方式,从教育理念、隐形文化两方面浅析两国幼儿冲突管理产生差异的原因,据此得出应该正视幼儿冲突的价值,多种方法培养幼儿冲突应对能力,赢得家长的支持与合作,在我国文化基础上与时俱进的传承文化,进而帮助幼儿教师提升管理冲突的能力,为我国幼儿社会交往能力发展提供参考。
It is sure that peer conflict caused by children's interaction in the kindergarten and the teacher's management of children's conflict of communication is one of the contents that make up the daily life of children.How kindergarten teachers can effectively solve the conflict among young children and achieve the socialization of young children is a fundamental issue of teacher conflict management.By comparing the conflict management methods of preschool teachers between the United States and Japan,the paper tries to analyze the causes of the differences between the two countries in terms of educational philosophy and invisible culture.The purpose is to address the value of preschool children's conflicts,and cultivate the ability of dealing with children's conflicts.Also,it is important to acquire the cooperation of parents and inherit the culture of keeping pace with the times on the basis of China's culture.On the other hand,it is essential to help kindergarten teachers improve their ability to manage conflicts and provide reference for the development of children's social interaction ability in China.
