“一带一路”建设背景下边疆少数民族大学生创新创业的机遇、挑战与路径 被引量:13

A Study of the Opportunity,Challenge and Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Ethnic Minority College Students in Border Areas under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

摘要 "一带一路"建设与"创新创业"给边疆各族青年尤其是大学生带来了前所未有的发展机遇。本研究以有关大学的新疆籍少数民族大学生作为研究对象,运用半结构式访谈法收集材料。研究发现:新疆少数民族大学生的创新创业既面临着优惠政策、特色文化、市场经济、"一带一路"建设等方面的机遇,又面临着语言基础薄弱、对文化附加值的挖掘不足、创新创业教育针对性不足以及客户群体存在局限等挑战。为迎接这些挑战,基于文化-时代可持续创业理论提出对策建议:提高少数民族大学生的多语水平与跨文化交流能力;充分挖掘文化资源附加值;开展有针对性的创业教育;把握"一带一路"新时代机遇等。 The Belt and Road Initiative and innovation and entrepreneurship have provided unprecedented development opportunities for ethnic youth especially ethnic university students in border areas.Taking ethnic college students in Xinjiang as subjects,a research is conducted based on data collected through semi-structured interviews. The findings show that ethnic students in Xinjiang are facing the opportunities of preferential policy,special culture,market economy and "One Belt and One Road"construction,but at the same time,they encounter challenges of poor language foundation,insufficient exploration of cultural added value,lack of pertinence in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and limited customer groups. Based on the theory of culture-time sustainable entrepreneurship, it is suggested that multilingual level and intercultural communication competence of Xinjiang ethnic college students should be improved,the added value of cultural resources should be fully explored,targeted entrepreneurship education should be conducted and the opportunity of the new time should be seized.
