四川省社会组织在结核病防治工作中的作用探讨

The Role of Social Organizations in the Prevention and Treatment of Tuberculosis in Sichuan

社会组织是政府与公众沟通和交流的纽带,在承接政府社会职能、反映公众利益诉求、提供公共产品和服务、扶贫济困、扩大就业等社会领域发挥着不可替代的作用,是公众参与公共管理和社会建设的有效途径,已经成为社会建设的重要力量。结核病在我国是一个严重的公共卫生问题,据国家传染病网络报告系统统计,肺结核病发病和死亡数始终居各种传染病的首位,结核病在我国已经成为因病致贫、因病返贫、制约农村及贫困地区经济和社会发展的重大疾病之一。四川省是我国结核病疫情最严重的省份之一,号召与动员全省社会力量参与结核病防治工作,鼓励社会广大志愿者积极开展结核病防治知识传播,对预防结核病具有重要的意义。现以四川省防痨协会近年来在四川省结核病防治工作中所开展的工作与成效入手,对社会组织在结核病防治工作中如何更好地发挥作用进行探讨。

Social organizations are a link between government and the public. They are playing a more and more irreplaceable role in undertaking the social functions of the government, reflecting the appeals of the public interests, providing public goods and services, helping the poor and expanding the employment. Social organizations are an effective way for the public to participate in public administration and social construction and have become an important force in the construction of society. Tuberculosis is a serious public health problem in China. According to the national infectious disease network reporting system, the number of tuberculosis cases and deaths has always been the top priority of all kinds of infectious diseases. Tuberculosis has become one of the major diseases that cause poverty due to illness, return to poverty due to illness, and restrict economic and social development in rural areas and poverty - stricken areas. Sichuan is one of the most serious tuberculosis epidemic provinces in China. Social forces of the whole province should be mobilized to participate in the prevention and control of tuberculosis, and community volunteers should be encouraged to actively carry out the spread of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control. This is of great significance to the prevention of tuberculosis. This paper, based on the work and effectiveness of Sichuan Antituberculosis Association in tuberculosis prevention and control work in recent years, discusses how social organizations can play a better role in the prevention and control of tuberculosis.
