学习困难儿童感觉统合干预的个案研究

摘要 以一名学习困难儿童为研究对象,量表诊断显示其为严重本体感失调的感觉统合失调儿童。根据个案的感觉统合问题、学习困难状况制订个性化的感觉统合干预方案,对其进行为期半年的训练,结果显示感觉统合训练对该个案具有积极的干预效果。因此,提出以下建议:根据儿童实际情况有针对性地设计干预方案,干预者与儿童应建立积极的关系,家长需配合并参与到感觉统合训练过程中。 This research selected a child with learning disabilities as a case study subject. Tested by some scales, the subject was diagnosed as a child with Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, whose mainly symptom was serious propioeeption disorder. Based on this result, the training program was designed according to the disorder problem and the learning disability situation of the child. The sensory integration intervention took six months. After half a year, the intervention has had some effects. This research proves that the sensory integration intervention has positive effect on child with learning disability, and there are several suggestions for this kind of training: firstly, we should design a special scheme according to the different situation of the child; secondly, intervener should have positive relationship with the child; thirdly, the participation of parents is needed.
