行业特色高职院校现代学徒制校企一体化育人模式的研究

Research on the Modern Apprenticeship Mode of School Enterprise Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges with Industry Characteristic

以行业特色高职院校现代学徒制试点单位的实践与探索为着入点,把握现代学徒制工作的时代脉搏,厘清现代学徒制的"双元"特征和"对接"方向,并以武汉船舶职业技术学院与武昌船舶重工集团有限公司联合试点现代学徒制模式为例,探讨了现代学徒制试点专业和合作企业的要求,重构现代学徒制的人才培养方案、课程体系及教学标准,并提出了现代学徒制试点工作规范化和制度化建设的意见。

Taking the practice and exploration of the pilot unit of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges as a point of view,we should grasp the pulse of the modern apprenticeship work,clarify the ＂dual＂ characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system and the direction of ＂docking＂,and pilot the modern apprenticeship jointly by wuhan Institute of shipbuilding technology and the wuchang shipbuilding heavy industry Group Co.,Ltd.As an example,this paper discusses the requirements of the modern apprenticeship selection of pilot majors and cooperative enterprises,reconstructs the talents training program,curriculum system and teaching standards of modern apprenticeship,and puts forward the problems encountered in the standardization and institutionalization of the pilot work of modern apprenticeship.
