摘要
船舶主柴油机曲轴组件曲柄销和主轴承座是易磨损件。本文对此类零件修理前销颈偏磨情况进行分析,介绍了曲柄销和轴承座的手工修复原则和修理方法及采用工具等,进一步分析和比对曲柄销和主轴承座修理的方法,并提出了改进后的修理方法,从而提高了修理效率。
The crank pin and main bearing seat of the main diesel engine are easy wearing parts.This paper analyzes the abrasion of the pin neck of this kind of parts,and introduces the principle of manual repair of crank pin and bearing seat,as well as the repairing methodand the tools.The method for repairing crank pin and main bearing seat is further analyzed and compared,and the improved repair method is put forward,thus improving the repairing efficiency.
