产教融合中的教育界与产业界的关系就是合同关系。这种双方合同关系,首先考虑合同本身的特点和外在的特点,本身的特点就是合同双方的协商关系,外在的特点就是合同的合法关系。合同双方的协商关系,具体就是双方合同利益的平衡问题。这个合同利益的平衡,是由合同双方的社会角色社会分工决定的,因而这个合同利益的平衡需要政府相关部门的协调和支持。产教融合的具体模式,仍然需要不停探讨和完善。
