摘要
本文从高校图书馆读者服务工作内容出发,论述了高校图书馆读者服务工作创新途径和保障措施,只有这样才能全方位为读者提供优质服务,才能全面提升图书馆的服务质量。
Reader service is the impetus for the development of library.Based on the job content of reader service in university library,this paper discusses the approaches of innovation and guarantee measures in reader service.Only in this way can better service be comprehensively provided to readers,improving the quality of service in university library.
