摘要
开放式网络环境下,外部组织整合是促进企业创新并提升其绩效的关键因素。以知识获取为中介变量、吸收能力为调节变量,构建一个被调节的中介模型,探究信息分享、关系协调、共同参与影响企业外部知识获取,进而影响新服务开发绩效的微观机理,并以247家服务企业为样本进行实证研究。研究发现,信息分享、关系协调和共同参与不仅直接正向影响新服务开发绩效,还通过知识获取的中介作用间接正向影响新服务开发绩效;吸收能力不但正向调节知识获取和新服务开发绩效之间的关系,还增强了知识获取的中介作用,存在被调节的中介效应。
In the open network environment,external organizational integration(EOI)is a key factor in promoting innovation and improving its performance.This paper constructs a moderated mediation model to explain how EOI affects new service development performance(NSDP),explores the micro-mechanism how information sharing,relational coordination and co-participation affect NSDP by knowledge acquisition(KA).Based on a survey data from 247 service firms,the empirical findings show that information sharing,relational coordination and co-participation have significantly positive effects on NSDP;KA plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between organizational integration and NSDP.In addition,absorptive capacity(AC)positively moderates the relationship between KA and NSDP,and also enhances the mediation effects of KA,that is,there exists a moderated mediation.
