全球碳纤维技术发展分析及其对我国的启示 被引量:9

Analysis of Global Carbon Fiber Technology Development and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 碳纤维是一种含碳量在95%以上,高强度、高模量纤维的新型高分子无机纤维材料,力学性能优异,被广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通、车辆制造、武器装备等领域。碳纤维研发已被我国列为国家战略性新兴产业。本文简明概述了碳纤维技术领域主要研发国家/地区的研发态势,分析了美、日、欧、韩等碳纤维技术先进国家/地区的发展经验;基于文献计量学分析方法,对2010年以来全球碳纤维研究的论文和专利产出年度趋势、领先研发机构、研究热点等进行分析,以反映碳纤维技术主要研发国家/地区、机构的竞争态势;扫描了2015年以来碳纤维技术研发最新动态和技术进展,以揭示前沿研发趋势。论文最后针对我国碳纤维技术研发提出了几点建议,为我国碳纤维技术未来研发决策布局提供咨询建议。 Carbon fiber is a new high-strength and high-modulus inorganic fiber material that contain more than 95% carbon. The excellent mechanical properties enable the carbon fiber widely used in aerospace,rail transit,vehicles,weapons and other fields. The research and development of carbon fiber have been listed as an emerging national strategic industry. This paper briefly summarizes the RD situation of the main countries in the field of carbon fiber technology,and analyzes the development experience of the advanced countries/regions in carbon fiber technology,such as the United States,Japan,Eu-rope countries and Korea. Based on the bibliometric analysis method,the papers and patents of carbon fiber research of the world since 2010 is analyzed,with the annual trend,hotspots and the advanced institutions of carbon fiber research discussed. As a result,the competition situation of the main countries/regions and major institutions of carbon fiber technology is illustrated. Also,the latest development trends and technological progress of carbon fiber technology since 2015 are scanned,in order to reveal the trend of research and development. Finally,the article gives some suggestions on the development of carbon fiber in China,which will provide key information and guidance to carbon fiber technology development in future in our country.
