摘要
近几年随着材料科学、微电子机械系统迅速发展,推动着检验医学的仪器设备向小型化、集成化、自动化的方向发展.而结合了微流控技术和生物传感器技术的微流控生物传感器的蓬勃发展格外引人瞩目,有望成为检验医学未来应用的一项重要的科学技术.本文就微流控生物传感器特点、技术原理及在分子诊断的应用进展和问题做一简要介绍.
In recent years , with advances in development of materials science and micro-electro-mechanical-systems, the frontiers of devices for laboratory medicine are pushed toward miniaturization , integration, and automation.The microfluidic biosensors, which combine advantages of microfluidics and biosensor technologies , are particularly eye-catching and show enormous potential for future applications in laboratory medicine.Here, the characteristics and technical principles of microfluidic biosensors and their application in molecular diagnosis are briefly reviewed .
