Research on Intelligence Research Services in Basic Research Institutes

文章采用中国航发沈阳发动机研究所总结的工作经验和公开发表的中国科技情报研究先进成果相结合的方法,归纳和总结在需求搜集与研究、课题选择与确定、信息检索与搜集、资料整理与鉴定、情报分析与集成、情报编辑与出版、产品评价与研究等科技情报研究工作流程的定义、标准/规范、实际操作实践,并特别强调了需求搜集、信息获取、技法应用、产品创新等对于发挥科技情报研究工作的作用非常重要。为情报研究工作实践提供经验借鉴。

By using the method of combining the work experience and publicly advanced achievements of Chinese scientific and technical intelligence research in AVIC Shenyang Engine Design Institute, this paper summarizes the definition, standards/ norms, and actual operational practice of the working processes of requirements collection and research, projects selection and deter- mination, information retrieval and collection, data sorting and identification, information analysis and integration, information edi- ting and publish, products review and research, and so on. The importance of requirements collection, information access, technol- ogy application, and products innovation on playing the role of scientific and technical intelligence research is especially empha- sized. The paper can provide experience for intelligence research service practice.
