Governance Model Construction of Inter-organizational Knowledge Transfer:The Role of Dissemination Capacity and Absorptive Capacity

[目的/意义]以组织之间知识转移为研究对象,从全新视角分析组织间知识转移管理机制,进一步丰富了对组织间知识转移研究理解,为管理者提供新型的、有效的组织间知识转移策略。[方法/过程]通过梳理分析相关文献,剖析了双方转移推力与吸收拉力相互作用机制,构建了理论治理机制模型,探讨了在不同转移情境下组织间知识转移中各方能力的管理运用策略。[结果/结论]研究表明:组织间知识的有效转移依赖于知识源与接收方双方能力的发挥,其中,吸收能力是决定性因素,其决定接收方组织的转移策略,并视转移情境采取适应关系策略与转移管理策略。在知识的吸收环节,多考虑利用知识源的编码能力与沟通交流能力,在知识应用环节,多考虑发挥其整合能力作用,通过双方合作提升知识转移效率,最终实现组织之间知识的有效转移。

[ Purpose/significance] This paper mainly focuses on inter-organizational knowledge transfer, and analyzes its man- agement mechanism from a brand-new perspective, which can further enrich the understanding of inter-organizational knowledge transfer research, and provide new and effective strategies of knowledge transfer for managers. [ Method/process ] Through a litera- ture analysis, the paper analyzes the mechanism of interaction between dissemination capacity （DC） of the source and absorptive capacity （AC） of the recipient, constructs the theoretical governance mechanism model, and discusses the management strategies of different parties under diverse situations. [ Result/conclusion] The results show that the performance of inter-organizational knowl- edge transfer depends on the capabilities of knowledge source and recipient. Among them, AC is a decisive factor, and it determines the transfer strategy of the recipient. Regard to the transfer context, the receiver should apply suitable strategies of relationship and transfer management. In the stage of knowledge absorption, the coding and communication capacities of knowledge source should be used. In the stage of knowledge application, integration capacity of knowledge should be fully played. Finally, the organizations can improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer across organizations, and realize the effective transfer of knowledge by cooperative ef- forts.
