Comparative Analysis of Competitive Intelligence at Home and Abroad in Recent Five Years

[目的/意义]分析提炼国内外竞争情报领域的最新研究热点及研究方法,对比揭示国内外该领域未来研究趋势。[方法/过程]文章以中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库和Web of Science核心合集作为数据来源,获取国内外竞争情报领域最新研究成果。首先,对研究成果题录进行关键词提取,生成研究成果的高频关键词列表并对高频词进行内容分析;然后,对高频关键词进行共词分析,构造高频词共现矩阵,进而获悉国内外竞争情报研究热点及研究方法。[结果/结论]揭示并对比了国内外近5年来竞争情报领域的研究热点及研究方法,并在此基础上指出国内外该领域未来研究趋势。

[ Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the latest research hotspots and research methods in the field of com- petitive intelligence at home and abroad in order to reveal the future research trends in this field at home and abroad. [ Method/ process ] The paper takes CNKI full-text database and Web of Science core collection as data sources to obtain the latest research re- suits in the field of competitive intelligence at home and abroad. Firstly, keywords are extracted from the bibliography of research resuhs, and a high-frequency keyword list of research results is generated and the content of high frequency words is analyzed. Then, a co-word analysis of the high-frequency keywords is performed to construct a high-frequency keywords co-occurrence matrix, so that research hotspots and research methods of competitive intelligence at home and abroad can be learned. [ Result/conclusion 1 This paper reveals and compares the research hotspots and research methods in the field of competitive intelligence both at home and abroad in recent five years. On this basis, the future research trends are revealed in this field at home and abroad.
