摘要
防晒剂中的有机紫外吸收剂逐渐污染天然水体,而对氨基苯甲酸是有机紫外吸收剂中的一种常用成分。本文通过研究发现对氨基苯甲酸水体中绿萝的生长良好,无太大影响,从而设置不同初始对氨基苯甲酸浓度、培养时间、培养液pH与培养温度,探讨绿萝是否能够降解对氨基苯甲酸及其降解效率。实验结果显示:绿萝对各种浓度对氨基苯甲酸的溶液都有着不错的净化能力;弱酸性条件下吸收降解能力最强,碱性条件的水体对绿萝吸收降解对氨基苯甲酸的效率有较大影响;对培养温度不是很敏感。
Organic UV absorbent in sunscreens gradually contaminated natural water, while the para - aminobenzoic acid is a common component of organic UV absorbent. It was found after the study that Epipremnumaureum living with the P - aminobenzoic acid in water glow well without much effect. Therefore, the different initial concentration of P - aminobenzoic acid, culture time, pH value of culture medium and culture temperature were set to explore whether P - anfinobenzoic acid could be degraded by Epiprenmunlaureum with the degradation efficiency. The results showed that the Epiprenmunlaureum had good purification ability for all kinds of concentration of P - anfinobenzoic acid solution. The abso@tion and degradation ability was the strongest under weak acidic condition, while the absorption and degra- dation efficiency of Epiprenmunmureum to P - anfinobenzoic acid was greatly influenced by the alkaline water. The ab- sm]otion and degradation of Epipremnumaureum was not very sensitive to the culture temperature. Key words
