党风廉政建设视阈下中央苏区反陋俗文化探析

An Analysis of the Anti-Bad Customs Campaign in the Central Soviet Area from the Perspective of Construction of Party Conduct and Clean Government

孳生于几千年封建制度和封建经济的陋俗文化根深蒂固、盘根错节,成为阻碍中央苏区党风廉政建设的顽固堡垒。苏区党组织通过建设革命政权,提高工农群众反陋俗的政治觉悟;建立健全监督监察体系,严究党政机关存在的贪污腐败;培养造就作风过硬的党员干部队伍,引领工农群众自觉地革除陋俗;营造清正廉洁的执政风气,严惩以权谋私的不正之风;坚持理论联系实际,消除"左"倾错误,将中央苏区的陋俗文化斩草除根、治标治本,使党风廉政建设面貌焕然一新,探索了中国共产党人党风廉政建设的经验。

The culture of bad customs, which was deeply rooted in the feudal system and the feudal economy once lasting for several thousand years, became a stubborn fortress that impeded the construction of party conduct and clean government in the Central Soviet Area. The Party organizations in the Central Soviet Area worked hard in building the revolutionary regime to improve the political consciousness of the masses of workers and peasants in the soviet area;established and perfected the supervision and monitoring system to fight corruption in the Party and government organs;cultivated a team of party member cadres with excellent conduct to lead the masses of worker and peasants eliminating the bad customs consciously ; built a clean and honest atmosphere of government to eradicate the abuse of power for personal gains within the Party;and persisted in linking theory with practice to get rid of leftism errors. By doing so, the culture of bad customs in the soviet area was removed from the root and the construction of party conduct and clean government took an entirely new outlook, and valuable experiences were accumulated for the Chinese communists＇ construction of party conduct and clean government.
