新时代“三农”改革历程与经验——基于十八大以来6个中央“一号文件”的透视

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央心系"三农",一系列改革创新在"三农"领域渐次展开。回顾十八大以来的6个中央"一号文件",从新时代"三农"改革再出发的举旗定向,到新理念引领新常态下农业供给侧结构性改革的革故鼎新,再到开启乡村振兴战略的转型嬗变,不仅在顶层设计上一脉相承逻辑递进,而且在实践层面指导农业农村全方位发展,朝向城乡融合发展的历史进程迈进,为党和国家事业全面开创新局面提供了重要支撑。新时代"三农"改革经验表明:要始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导"三农"改革;要始终坚持以人民为中心的"三农"改革发展立场;要始终准确把握"三农"改革转型升级任务;要始终注意处理好改革中政府、市场和社会三者关系;要始终注重在党的领导下求真务实抓改革。
