摘要
基于Flowmaster仿真平台建立了某船用柴油机冷却系统单点控制和多点控制两种温控策略的仿真模型,以进出机温度系数、流量、扬程(耗功)等为关键项,在相同环境条件下对两种温控策略进行全工况对比分析。分析表明:高温循环采用多点控制方案可适当提高循环水温,改善整机动力性和经济性;低温循环采用单点控制可适当降低循环水温,有利于提高系统换热效率和降低附件选型要求。
The simulation models of single point and muhi-point temperatre control strategy of a marine diesel engine cooling system were established based on Flowmaster. The key parameters including teperature coefficient, flow rate and pump head (consumption) of the machine were selected to compare and analyze the two temperatre control strategies under the same environmental conditions. The results show that the dynamic efficiency and economy of the engine can be improved as the circulating temperature is increased properly by the high temperature cycle with muhi-control; the system heat transfer efficiency can be improved and the accessories selection requirements can be reduced as the circulating temperature is l^duced properly by the low temperaurecycle with single control.
