摘要
针对某国六柴油机球铁曲轴疲劳弯矩计算值达不到设计要求,通过采取以下措施:曲轴轴颈中空,提升石墨球的球化率,提高圆角滚压的滚压力等,使该球铁曲轴疲劳弯矩提升了25%。该球铁曲轴试制测试表明:安全系数达到1. 85,满足使用要求。该曲轴的试制成功可为柴油机减重、降低成本提供选择;也可为球铁曲轴的开拓应用提供参考。
To deal with the problem that the calculated fatigue moment of the ductile iron crankshaft in a China 6 compliant diesel engine can't reach the design requirements, measures including hollowing shaft neck, increasing the spheroidization rate of the graphite nodule, increasing the rolling pressure of round comer were used to increase the ductile iron crankshaft fatigue moment by 25%. The trial production of the ductile iron show that the safety coefficient reaches 1.85, and meets with the application require ments. The achievements could offer options for reducing the engine weight and cost, and could be the reference point for the exploitation of ductile iron crankshaft
