摘要
创新驱动是郑州面向未来的核心战略和推动城市转型的源动力。提升科技创新能力,既是郑州建设国家中心城市的题中应有之义,也是培育郑州发展新动能的重要现实支撑。应当从加大科技创新投入、加速科技投入多元化,培育科技创新人才、汲取优质科教资源,完善郑州城市创新系统、构筑创新"三螺旋"空间等方面着力提升郑州科技创新能力。
Innovation-driven is the core strategy of Zhengzhou for the future and the source power for urban transformation. Enhancing the capability of scientific and technological innovation is not only the essential issue of Zhengzhou＇s construction of national central city, but also an important realistic support for cultivating Zhengzhou＇s new development momentum. It is necessary to increase the investment in science and technology innovation, accelerate the diversification of science and technology investment, cultivate scientific and technological innovation talents, absorb high-quality science and education resources, improve Zhengzhou urban innovation system, and build innovative ＂Triple Helix＂ space, so as to improve Zhengzhou＇s science and technological innovation capability.
