摘要
高校大型仪器公共平台中实验技术队伍建设是实现平台科学研究、人才培养以及社会服务等功能的核心要素。本文分析了平台实验技术队伍的现状,提出了队伍建设中存在的主要问题并探讨了相应的解决对策,以期提升平台使用效益,促进平台更好地为教学科研和社会服务。
The construction of experimental technology team in large-scale instruments public platform of colleges and universities is the key to realize platform scientific research, talents cultivation, and social services and other functions. To better improve the using efficiency of the platform and serve teaching, research and society, the status quo of the platform experimental technology team was analyzed, the main problems existing in team construction were put forward, and corresponding countermeasures were discussed in this paper.
