白龟山水库浮游植物与水质评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究中营养水平水库中浮游植物群落结构的时空变化,以及浮游植物与水质理化因子之间的关系,2016年在白龟山水库调查了浮游植物物种、丰度、生物量以及水质各项理化因子。分别运用Berger-Parker物种优势度指数(D)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')、Pielou物种均匀度指数(J)和综合营养状态指数(TLI)评价了物种的优势度、浮游硅藻生物多样性、水体污染情况以及水体富营养化程度。结果表明:白龟山水库共检出浮游植物8门194种,白龟山水库水质总体上属于α-中污染状态或中营养—中富营养水平。 In order to study the temporal and spatial variations of phytoplankton community structure in reservoir with medium level as well as the relationship between phytoplankton and physical and chemical factors of water quality, the phytoplankton's species, abundance, biomass and physical and chemical factors were investigated in Baiguishan reservoir in2016. The Berger-Parker dominance index(D), Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′), Pielou evenness index(J) and trophic state index(TLI) were used to evaluate the species' dominance, planktonic diatom diversity, water pollution and the degree of eutrophication. The results indicate that the detected phytoplankton in Baiguishan reservoir belongs to 194 genera and 8 phyla. As a whole, Baiguishan reservoir has a medium level of pollution under α or could be regarded as mesotrophy.
