摘要
本文以冬枣为试验材料,探究了银杏外种皮及银杏叶的提取液对冬枣保鲜的影响,通过测定冬枣的失重率、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、Vc含量的变化来探究不同种类、不同含量的提取液的保鲜效果。结果表明:银杏外种皮和银杏叶提取液都有一定的保鲜效果,在一定程度上能够延缓冬枣失重率和腐烂率的上升,减缓冬枣的软化,其中银杏叶稀释10倍的效果最佳。
In this paper, winter jujube was used as experimental material. The effects of Ginkgo biloba L. exotesta and extracts on the preservation of winter jujube were studied. What's more, the preservation effects of different kinds and contents of extracts were studied by measuring the winter jujube's weight loss ratio, fruit firmness, solubl solids, titratable acid and changes in Vc content. The results showed that both Ginkgo biloba L. exotesta and extracts had a certain degree of preservation effect. They could delay winter jujube's weight loss ratio and rot rate and slow down the softening. Moreover, Ginkgo biloba L. leaf diluted 10 times had the best effects.
