摘要
微型扬声器是以手机为代表的移动消费电子行业的一个重要的模块单元。其组装几乎全部是用工业粘合剂,即胶水完成的。而胶水在其结构设计、组装工艺、音质、产品性能等方面都起到了举足轻重的作用。本文基于行业目前的发展现状,概括总结了此行业急需要解决的几个关键性的用胶难题。
Mini - loudspeaker is a very important modules in portable consumer electronics industry, especially mobile phone industry. It＇s assembly is nearly completely based on industrial adhesives, namely glues. Thus industrial adhesive plays a decisive role in it＇ s structural design, assembling process, acoustic performance and other properties. This paper summarized several key unsolved adhesive problems in mini - loudspeaker industry based on the current development status.
