烟气绕流换热管流动特性的无网格法数值分析

摘要 采用基于LBM的无网格法数值软件XFlow,模拟分析入口烟气不同角度冲刷换热管的气动力特性及涡结构的发展演化情况。结果表明:烟气正向冲刷换热管,其阻力矩最小,接近于0,且尾迹区域的湍流转捩发展较晚,有利于均匀流动;较大攻击角度下,尾迹区涡结构发展演变迅速,呈向下方倾斜发展现象,且形成了大范围的涡结构,严重影响烟气流动的稳定性。 Using meshless simulation software XFlow based on LBM, an analysis was conducted on the flow characteristics and vortex structure around a heat exchanger with the flue gas flowing at different angles. Results show that when the flue gas positively hits the heat exchanger tubes, the resistance moment is close to zero, while the turbulent transition in the wake region appears relatively late, which is favorable to the formation of uniform flow; whereas at large angles of attack, the vortex structure in the wake region develops rapidly in slantly downward direction, and a wide ranging vortex structure would form, seriously affecting the stability of the flue gas flow.
