Analysis and Improvement on the Overspeed Protection System of a 1000MW Steam Turbine Unit

针对某1 000MW机组汽轮机控制系统的配置和机械超速保护的设计方案,分析了超速保护系统改进的必要性和可行性,以及汽轮机超速保护的改进和应用,为同类型汽轮机超速保护的优化改进提供了参考。

Based on the design schemes for control system configuration and mechanical overspeed protection of a 1 000 MW steam turbine unit, an analysis was conducted on the necessity and feasibility of the improvement to the overspeed control system, while a description was made to an actual application status, which may serve as a reference for optimization of overspeed protection system of similar steam turbine units.
