汽车轮胎生产基本工艺(二)

摘要 轮胎按结构可分为斜交胎和子午胎,而从用途上则可分为轿车和轻卡胎、载重胎、工程胎等。本文列举了轮胎的基本结构和胎面花纹设计等,并介绍了轮胎的胶料制备、帘布压延、帘布裁断、钢丝圈制造、胎面及胎肩垫胶制造、轮胎成型直到轮胎硫化、成品检测的轮胎全生产过程及工艺,详细说明轮胎的整个生产流程,同时对各个工段所用设备、工艺要求等都详细进进行了说明,可供相关读者参考。 Tires can be divided into oblique tires and radial tires according to structure. From the application, they can be divided into car tires and light truck tires, truck tires and engineering tires. This article lists the basic structure of the tire and the design of the tread pattern, and introduces the whole production process and technology of the tire from the preparation of rubber compound, the rolling of the cord fabric, cord fabric cutting, wire ring manufacturing, tread and shoulder pad manufacturing, tire building to the vulcanization of tire and the inspection of the finished products. This article describes in detail the entire production process of the tires. At the same time, the equipment and process requirements for each section are described in detail for reference by the relevant readers.
